I’ve been thinking since yesterday about who’s shown me faithfulness—or what symbol of faithfulness I have—and here’s what I chose. I don’t know if this is valid, but I think this is the one that stays with me through a long time, even if I tried so hard to ignore it. it.
It’s the pain.
It’s been faithful to me. Even when I don’t want to feel it, it constantly comes back—loyal in a way I never asked for, lol. I’m not joking—when you start to feel it again, it knocks you down to your knees. You cry, and sometimes you just want to sleep for years, just to escape.
Don’t overthink it—I have a very happy marriage and supportive friends. It’s just that everyone has that pain in their heart that keeps coming back, over and over again.
If I have to choose someone who’s been faithful to me here, I’ll tag
Thank you for your honesty. Pain often marks the space where we stayed faithful — to others, to ourselves, and to life — even when it hurt. Thank you for sharing, keep well 💙
It saddens me that there are souls like you that seem to battle with pain constantly. It requires a lot of courage and strength to deal with it along with the everyday routine and responsibilities that should be met. The aftermath of a storm in the past that still lingers and not yet healed.😔 Salute for having the courage to smile despite such pain. You are such a one hell of a kind tough woman.🥰You take care always sis😘 You got my tears flows.
Pain is your friend, your ally, it will tell you when you are seriously injured, it will keep you awake and angry, and remind you to finish the job and get the hell home. But you know the best thing about pain? It lets you know you're not dead yet!
It’s true, and I agree. But when pain never heals, it makes you miserable, anxious, and sometimes even changes your heart. That’s why I keep avoiding it. Tsaka nakakasawa siya , lol
