Is grinding even plausible nowadays or is it just a term that we have been using that is not always possible to use?
There is always this concept of grinding to get what you want - to get enough money to pay for something, to earn a certain physique, to study, and to get good grades.
It sounds logical on paper, but is it plausible in reality?
If I grinded for hours just to get some money, but that money is always lost because of other expenses, then does grinding even make sense?
If I grinded for months for months to get a certain physique but not done optimally with the right diet and sleep because I am constantly working, then does grinding make sense?
If I am grinding for hours to study and get good grades, but I am always anxious and exhausted, then should I use a different strategy?
There is often a saying that after a certain amount of hours, you get the skills that you need or the goal that you need to obtain.
But knowing the randomness of life or even the unfairness of life, does grinding mean putting yourself in a hole that you can not get out, or is it an idea that needs to be updated? #inspiration
