Is Ryzen 5 5600X still good with RTX 5070?
I currently have an **RTX 5070 GPU** running with a **Ryzen 5 5600X**, but I feel like I’m not getting the full performance out of my graphics card, and I want to maximize its potential in gaming.
I also started thinking about upgrading my CPU because I want a better balance between **gaming performance and workstation tasks**. So I’m looking for something that can handle both well.
That’s why I started considering:
* **Ryzen 5 7600X**
* **Ryzen 7 9700X**
I also want to make sure whether these CPUs will run properly with my **750W power supply**.
I recently bought the PSU new:
* **XPG Core Reactor 750W 80+ Gold**
And I kind of regret not going for 850W, thinking about future upgrades.
# My current PC specs:
* CPU: Ryzen 5 5600X
* GPU: RTX 5070
* RAM: 32GB DDR4
* Storage: 2 HDD + 2 NVMe SSD
* PSU: XPG Core Reactor 750W 80+ Gold
It be better to go for the 7600X or 9700X for a better balance between gaming or staying 2 years or something on this processor?
Also, is my 750W PSU enough for these upgrades, or should I have gone for 850W from the start?
