Since we are celebrating National HomemakerDay heres mine
1. One small ritual that makes our space feel calm and comforting is when my mom gathers us for prayer every night at 6pm We all pray together and thank God for the day. It makes me feel peaceful and thankful for everything we have.
2. The scent that reminds me of home is the smell of my mom’s cooking, our favorite adobo
3. Our comfort food that brings everyone together is adobo. No matter how busy we are, once adobo is on the table, everyone gathers around to eat and talk.
4. My favorite spot in our home is the living room couch. It’s where we watch movies, laugh, and sometimes even fall asleep together. It just feels safe and cozy there.
5. My grandparents always tell us to “mag-bless” or do mano po every time we see them or other older people we know. It makes our home feel full of respect, love, and family values.
6. We bring warmth into our space by keeping it clean and adding small decorations like family photos and plants. It makes the house feel alive and welcoming.
7. If our home had a personality, it would be friendly and cheerful. It’s not perfect, but it’s full of laughter and love.
8. One act of care that turns our house into a home is when we help each other without being asked. Like when I wash the dishes or help my mom cook it shows love through actions.
9. My favorite home soundtrack is the sound of laughter. Hearing everyone joke around or talk makes me feel happy inside.
10. What makes our home feel loved, even when it’s not perfect, is when we all gather together my sisters, my brother-in-law, my nieces, and nephews. The noise, the stories, and the laughter make everything feel complete. Tagging
