With rumour of expansion and GM’s handing out NMC contracts like candy I thought about a possible hypothetical.
A player with a no move clause can’t be traded, waived, or lost to expansion without their consent. So what happens when a team has too many NMC contracts to protect in the expansion draft?
Does this mean there is a max number of NMC contracts a team can have?
