My dishwasher is leaving a strange film on all the plastic containers even after multiple cleaning cycles
I have tried different detergents, rinse aids and even run the cleaning cycle twice but the white film keeps appearing on plastic items. Glass and metal come out fine. The water is not hard in my area and I have checked the filter. It started after I replaced the water filter cartridge. I am worried it is damaging the machine or the dishes. Is this a setting issue or could the new filter be causing it?
