How do people have so many DMs at once?
I was hanging out with a friend on the weekend, and when I caught two glances at her phone, I saw that she had 16 messages on Facebook messenger and 10 DMs on Instagram, and she's not someone I would have picked for being insanely popular, but at least now I know why she takes so long to reply to me. And she's not the only one whose phone I've glanced at and seen they had tons of messages.

My point is, I wouldn't even message that many different people in a whole year. It's been years since I last checked my phone to more than 2 DMs at the same time.
Maybe I am more lonely than I think and that everyone else has way more friends then I do. Never in a million years would my DMs ever look like that.
