Solo travel is great… until the loneliness hits
Guys, I had a trip to Asia planned for the end of the year with a friend, but because of work she can’t go anymore, now I’m honestly really unmotivated to go by myself.
Earlier this year I went to Asia solo, and the trip was amazing, but I don’t know… I feel like people romanticize solo travel way too much, I t’s fun and it definitely has its advantages, but sometimes the loneliness hits hard. Sometimes all you want is to share an incredible moment with someone, and there’s just nobody there.
Anyway, I still think I’m gonna go on this trip by myself, but I’ve completely lost the excitement I had before, I ’d love to hear what you guys think about solo travel, or if anyone has any advice that might get me excited about it again… I ’d really appreciate it
