A little throwback to a cold day in Chaon, France, watching the snow slowly turn to water on evergreen needles. 🌲💧
With summer winding down and a fourth heatwave upon us, looking at this icy little droplet feels like looking at a whole different world. It made me realize how fast we forget: in January, we dream of scorching sunshine; by August, we’re begging for winter jacket weather.
We’re never quite happy with the thermostat Mother Nature sets for us, are we? 😄
Tell me—are you wishing for winter right about now, or surviving the heat just fine?

I’m definitely feeling the weight of the heat, so that snowy memory from Chaon sounds wonderfully refreshing right now. 🤩✨

Thank you! So true—sometimes we just need a quick little visual reminder to pause and reset. Glad it resonated with you! 🤍
What a beautiful memory and reflection! 🌲❄️ Nature always has a way of reminding us to appreciate each season. 😄 Right now, a little cool breeze and winter magic sound wonderful, but every season has its own beauty. Stay cool and enjoy the summer moments! ☀️💧

Such a beautiful photo, dear Sandra! 😍
I love all seasons, but unfortunately I can't stand extreme heat.
Every season has its own beauty. 🫠
