Barrhorn at the beginning of September
Hello!! We are a group of 3 and we are planning on summiting Barrhorn this weekend (12-13 sept).
We’ve been checking the weather forecast and it looks like there has been some snowfall around the summit (one heavy snow in the last 2 weeks, between 8-16mm). From what we can tell, it shouldn’t be a huge amount of snow, but we’re unsure how quickly it melts and whether it could make the route significantly more difficult or risky.
In case someone has been there recently, could you please give us some advice/thoughts on this?
