Transit in Montenegro

Hello! I am traveling to Montenegro and want to know the best way to get from Kotor to Zabljak. I’d prefer not to rent a car, but I know bus options are limited. Does anyone have any advice or suggestions? I am hiking in Durmitor, which is why I’m staying in Zabljak.
