I am very lost

Hello! I had to take a print break so I broke down my machine made sure everything was good to store. Put it back together did a test print. Came out great. Then I go to print no bed adhesion, mess with the file resend bed adhesion but then I pull it off and notice these holes. Ive never had these holes before. What did I do wrong?
