I didn’t notice this until my teacher commented on it, but my bridge bone for my pinky on my right hand is always somewhat sunken (?) whenever I play octaves or big intervals. it doesn’t raise like my other bridge bones unless I manually push the bone up with my left hand. this isn’t a problem with my left hand at all, but now I’m realizing that I have less control over my right hand pinky since I’ve apparently been playing it from like the second joint as opposed to from the bridge bone if that makes sense. I’ve been trying to work on raising it but I can literally only do it when I push the bone up with my left hand. dunno if this is a stupid question but is there a way I can strengthen it more or. it honestly doesn’t affect my playing that much but it’s been pissing me off to no end now that I’ve noticed it lmao #audio #music source
