I love Sir Don Bradman nicknamed as "The Don". He was an Australian international cricketer, acknowledged as the greatest batsman of all time. Bradman's career Test batting average of 99.94 is considered by some to be the greatest achievement by any sportsman in any major sport.

In January 1930, Bradman's score of 452 not out in the second innings against Queensland became - and still remains - the highest score ever made in a first-class match in Australia.

Three years before he died, he became the first living Australian to be featured on an Australian postage stamp. However, he died at the age of 92 due to pneumonia on February 25, 2001. After his death, the Australian Government produced a 20-cent coin to commemorate his life.

"May cricket continue to flourish and spread it's wings. The world can only be richer for it. "
