Switzerland was instrumental in holding The First Zionist Congress in 1897

The Bank for International Settlements (BIS) invited the Bank of Israel to become a member in 2003 - a process which began in 1996 (the timing is interesting -- what do potential members have to do to get in?). As a member, the Bank of Israel gained deeper integration into global financial markets and networking with central banks. Other banks invited the same year was South Korea, Mexico and India.
Switzerland seems to house organizations that are coming into question by people waking up and by those who were already in the know - WHO, WEF, UN, WTO, Red Cross, CERN. (I doubt all the members of these organizations are complicit but I think parasites hide within groups). It takes a lot of money to create new countries - land, organization, defense, construction, etc., that would need banks. It seems interesting that certain countries cropped up at the same/similar time such as the Federation of Malaya (February 1, 1948), State of Israel (May 14, 1948), North Korea (September 9, 1948).
There's also the May 18, 1977 establishment of The BIRD Foundation (Israel-US Binational Industrial Research and Development Foundation) between the US and Israel for industrial R&D, with an initial endowment of $60m - each country contributing $30m each - and signed by president Jimmy Carter on May 4, 1977. Projects now include quantum sensors, AI tech, sustainable agriculture and cybersecurity infrastructure.
During WW2, many Jews fleeing the holocaust deposited their money and metals into Swiss bank accounts -- which also laundered nazi money and assets -- but they were not as welcome to find refuge in the country itself. After many died in concentration camps, that money had no one to claim it.
