TPM not working on my PC
Motherboard - Asus tuf gaming B550 Plus
For some reason the TPM support on my PC has vanished. No matter what I cannot turn on TPM on the pc. I had it on previously and had windows 11 installed too. Due to some tech issues PC was crashing. For troubleshooting I ended up installing Windows 10 to check if the OS was the culprit. Fast-forward, after solving the issue now I can't turn on TPM to switch to Win 11. I have checked in the bios, it is enabled. but doesn't show up in windows. Also, I tried to switch from firmware TPM to discreet, but it automatically reverts to firmware. I am thinking that the crashes might have toasted the TPM chip. Buy I have doubt since I am not seeing any failed TPM chip related issues.
Anyone have info on my issue?
