I found such a beautiful and true quote...
If you hear that someone is saying bad things about you behind your back, and you respond to this negative event with offense, you destroy your own peace of mind. We create our own pain. It is better to relate to such things as if the wind were blowing past your ear. In other words, it is better to simply brush them aside. Whether we suffer because of something or not depends to a great extent on how we ourselves respond to the situation: how sensitive we are, and whether we take the matter too seriously.
