Liquid Nails Heavy Duty for overhead loads

Does anyone have experience with using Liquid Nails Heavy Duty for an overhead load? The product advises against using it for overhead loads. But I am trying to hang a 5lb max plant (so not heavy) from a concrete ceiling. Nails and screws aren't an option.
