So I started to read “The Great Heroin Coup” by Henrik Krüger and stumbled upon a weird anomaly in regards to Augusto Pinochet ordering an assassination on US soil of former Chilean Foreign minister Orlando Letelier. This has a connection to GTA V
The anomaly is a Chilean Intelligence agent was involved in the murder. The agent’s name was Michael Townley. In 1978 he pleaded guilty to the murders and served 62 months of a 10 year sentence. The kicker is he joined witness protection. Anyone who has played GTA V knows the main characters name is Michael Townley who fakes his death after a botched heist and goes into witness protection. I don’t see this as a coincidence and think they put that little nugget in the game. There’s an anomaly as well(unrelated to this post) in fallout new Vegas at a high class cannibal club involving a kidnapped son of a rancher. They kidnapped him and plan to kill him and serve him at a big dinner to guests. The son is named “ted gunderson”. There is a real life Ted gunderson who used to work for the FBI and exposed satanic ritual abuse etc. creepily enough there’s another anomaly or breadcrumb in New Vegas there’s an area called westside and there are two sex slavers and one of them is called Saint James and it’s implied they hurt children. Are there any other instances like this in games where they knew too much and put breadcrumbs in their games like this? Another one that comes to mind is the character José Delgado from Superman comics who is known as “Gangbuster” and suffered a broken spine. He is given the chance to walk again and consents to a cybernetic implant to make him walk again. Turns out Lexcorp is behind it and they use the implant to control him. Now the real José Delgado was a scientist who put a brain implant into a bull and used remote means stopped the bull mid charge aka mind control.
