Can I get a significantly lower cpu temp by re-pasting?
Just upgraded my cpu to a 9900x.
My cooler is a deepcool ak620.
I have 6 chasis fan (4in - 2out)
Ambient temperature here is 25-30c
Yes, my cpu is idling at around 55-60c and going up to 85c on a full load, and I know that it's okay.
My question is, can it go lower? I wasn't quite satisfied with my thermal paste application, not knowing if I got a full coverage on the chip.
