Is complete solitude in nature the only way you truly recharge and feel grounded?
During the week, the noise of the city makes me feel incredibly disconnected and numb, almost as if I'm just floating through my routine. But heading into the woods completely alone, feeling the drop in temperature, the physical exhaustion in my legs, and the absolute silence, provides a profound, raw energy. It’s the only time I feel a true sense of reality and refreshment. Does anyone else find that experiencing nature entirely by themselves is the ultimate grounding technique? Where do you go to find that heavy, quiet isolation? #activity #hiking source
