Water Damage
This happened this morning. My son left the water running in the tub on the second floor. and fell back asleep. Everyone else was a sleep too. Tub overflowed. Wife and I wake up. Realize something is wrong. We turn the water off. Mopped up the water in the bathroom. Check the first floor ceiling. Everything seems okay.
About an hour later we notice the ceiling is showing signs of water damage. Dripping. It’s spreading.
I just don’t even know where to begin. Is this an insurance thing? Trying to dry everything out. Start ripping down the ceiling immediately?
