Today I want to share a little love for curry leaves , a simple herb with amazing benefits! π±
Iβve taken these photos this morning in the garden, and seeing them so fresh and vibrant made me appreciate them even more. π
Curry leaves are not just for flavor, theyβre packed with goodness. They are rich in antioxidants, support digestion, and are known to be great for hair and skin health. Many also use them to help manage blood sugar and boost overall wellness.
They also produce small white flowers and later tiny red and dark berries. πΌπ« These can actually be used to grow new plants! If you plant the seeds from the ripe berries, you can grow another curry leaf tree, natureβs beautiful way of multiplying itself π±β¨
In the kitchen, they add a wonderful aroma and taste to dishes, especially curries, dals, and sautΓ©ed meals. Just a few fresh leaves can transform a whole recipe.

Good afternoon, my dear. I'm just popping in today, as we're nearing the end of the weekend. I haven't fully recharged yet, but the new week is almost here, and I'll be getting back to work and tackling some pending issues from late Friday afternoon. I hope they don't destabilize the team any further, but we're getting there. On another note, I'm hoping my daughter and I can get a project off the ground: making jewelry and selling it online. We'll see how it goes and if she gets more work managing social media as a community manager, which is what she studied. We're taking that step by step too... Good evening my friend π€, I'm glad I now know what curry looks like. The climate here is cold, so we have to buy curry as a ready-made yellow spice mix. Sometimes I add it to sauces π. It tastes good with rice, and it always warms me up π₯πβ¨

Curry leaves comes from a plant while what everyone know as curry is made by roasting and grinding dried spices like turmeric, cumin, and coriander into a fine blend which makes a powder, while curry paste is prepared by blending fresh ingredients such as chilies, garlic, turmeric and ginger with spices into a thick, rich mixture.ππ

Good evening my dear! Curry leaves are rare at my place so I ordered them online and it was curry leaves powder for my hair care purpose. It's expired few months back and I couldn't finished it all.
