I painted this 12"x12" mountain meadow in oils and tried to capture the feeling of wind moving through wildflowers
I've been working on this painting more loosely and focusing on atmosphere instead of tiny details. For this piece I wanted the foreground flowers and grasses to feel like they were moving in the breeze while the mountains stayed soft and distant. Oil on canvas, 12x12 inches. I'd love to know what season this feels like to you?
