Today is Postal Day, so let me take you back to the good old days! 😂
Once upon a time, the postman was one of the most important men in the neighborhood! 🚴♂️📬 The moment we heard his bicycle bell, everyone suddenly became interested in the front gate! 🤣
“Is there a letter for me, sir?” 📩😂
The postman would check his bag, and if he said, “No, nothing for you today,” your smile would disappear faster than your salary after payday! 😭🤣💸
But if he brought a letter from your secret admirer, OHH LA LA! 😍❤️ Suddenly, you were smiling at the walls, walking differently, and reading that letter at least 25 times! 😂😂
And heaven help you if your mother received a letter from school! 😳🤣 That postman wasn't delivering mail anymore, he was delivering trouble straight to your doorstep! 🏃♂️💨
Those were the days! No WhatsApp, no voice notes, no blue ticks, just a letter, a stamp, and three days of pure suspense! 😂💌
Nowadays, you send someone a message and get left on read for three business days! At least the old postman had the decency to bring your disappointment right to your door! 🤣🤣🤣
