5 day hikes Nepal
Hi! I am looking for some recommendations on short treks to do in Nepal.
Myself and a friend are visiting Nepal in October and have allocated 5 days at the end of our trip for hiking. We thought it would be simple to choose a trek but it is proving to be anything but. We will have already spend two weeks in Pokhara so not really looking to head back that way. We have looked at Pikey peak trek & lower manaslu trek.
Neither of us have experience with high altitude so we are getting a bit concerned about that!
We also would love some help on how to book a guide, is it better to go through a company? They seem to be much more expensive.
\-we will be in Kathmandu so ideally something leaving from Kathmandu
\-5-6 days in length, the first day we are ready to leave from mid morning.
\- we will have three more days in Kathmandu after the trek
