Pumping/milk storage on trail
Recently had a baby and really wanting to do a 1 night backpacking girls trip while she stays home with her dad.
How do you handle the logistics of pumping?
\- Is it realistic to store the milk (I.e. ceres chiller) to bring back or just have to pump & dump?
\- How do you clean the pump between uses?
I have a Medela manual hand pump and boon trove letdown catcher
Would love any tips!
\*edit to add: baby currently sleeps through the night and I’m typically nursing \~6x during the day
