What are the rectangle and regular lines seen near the centre of this Bedmap3 image of the Antarctica landscape?

This image from the British Antarctic Survey https://www.bas.ac.uk/media-post/new-map-of-landscape-beneath-antarctica-unveiled/ shows the landscape between Antarctica's ice sheets. One feature that sticks out very clearly is the rectangle and regular lines radiating from it, just to the right of the centre of the image.

Can someone explain what this is and how it is formed?

Here is a more detailed image, I believe of the same data https://explorersweb.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/noice.jpg
