Oh, yeah.... CEOs who tell a user that an AI should just do everything on its own..... and if the user doesn't know how to do that, where does it end up? Exactly—with me.
And after just one follow-up question, the user is left standing there looking dumbfounded.
"But—but—the AI is supposed to read all of that from the mailbox and enter it into the Excel spreadsheet accordingly."
"What exactly is ALL? What does it read? When does it read it? Where exactly does it write it? What happens if the same sender contacts us again? Will it be overwritten in the file? I need the workflow for every possible scenario. WHAT should happen WHEN? When does nothing happen?"
And then there's this user—who looks as clueless as a cow when it thunders—and theeeeeeeen, here comes the question:
"But will you be able to do that next week?"
