Satire Is Philosophy for People Who Don’t Want to Read Heidegger
I have been thinking about the language we use in philosophy and wrote way to many words about it. Arguing that Satire is not philosophy made less serious; it is a way of making philosophy more public, accessible and effective by using humour to expose contradiction, puncture false authority, make abstract ideas concrete, and help ordinary people understand ideas that academic philosophy often buries under difficult language.
