Good hiking boots for a good price?
I am taking a geology field camp course this summer and I have to buy some gear. I will be hiking and mapping mountains in Colorado and New Mexico for 5 weeks. I am spending most of my money on the tuition payment and need some "cheap" but good hiking boots. I already have a a pair but they are 5 years old and torn to shreds. My Budget is about $125 +- $50. I prefer hiking boots with good ankle support. Do you guys have any ideas?
