It finally happened to me… I forgot my passport 😭
I got dropped off around 10 min ago and just realized I don’t have my passport 🥲 (or any other type of ID for that matter)
My flight leaves in 2 1/2 hours so hopefully my friend can drive back to the place we were staying and get my passport in time.
DON’T LEAVE WITHOUT CHECKING IF YOU HAVE IT!!!
UPDATE: Sorry for keeping you guys waiting but I didn’t have WiFi on the plane. Just got to my home airport right now!!!
To recap, my flight started boarding at 8:40 so I got to the airport (JFK) at 7 am. Once I was there I went to TSA when I saw other people pulling their passport so I started to look for mine, then I remembered I had left it 🥲, I called my friend and I told him to go to where we were staying as fast as possible. We were 1 hour away so I thought that maybe and just maybe he could get here in time. He got here in around 1 hour and 30 min, so I went to the TSA. It took 25 min but I was able to make it to the gate. Once I got there I didn’t see anyone so I thought that I had lost my flight. Then the loudspeaker called for a final final boarding to my flight so I was able to get in. I was the last one to get in. Pretty intense but it worked out at the end!
