If we take 138 from Roseburg, OR to drop down 230 then 62 in mid- to late-October (week of October 19th) is that route open? Does it normally snow there? We're planning to go down to Klamath Falls after stopping at Crater Lake, but I haven't been further south than Portland, OR on this coast so I'm not sure what to expect in October
