Monsoon winds are shifting - Have you noticed unusual patterns compared to previous years?
Southwest monsoon is pulling back in India, According to the India Meteorological Department (Sept 24). In the SW US it’s already over, and in the Philippines the northeast monsoon is starting up.
Anyone else noticing the shift where you are? Cooler winds, drier days, or something unusual?
