Ok guys, I need help.

I've got a pretty decent green thumb. But one plant I can't seem to keep alive is rosemary. Please help me keep this one alive. Best pot, soil, watering, environment advice? I live in SW CO so it's hot with lots of sun there I'm at. Tia.
