how are 9070xt prebuilts way more cheaper than building it myself?
I just completed my partpicker with 9070xt 9800x3d 32gb 1tb and this cost around 2550 before tax. I searched prebuilts online and they are same spec but 400$ more cheaper. Aren't prebuilt supposed to be more expensive in usa???
