Boneless chicken wings are better than bone in overall
Are bone in wings more flavorful? Sure but the juice isn't worth the squeeze (i.e. using 200 paper towels to eat one meal). I also find that bone in wings are too rich and I can only eat a couple.
Boneless wings are
\-Easier to eat
\-Easier to dip in blue cheese/ranch
\-Usually cheaper
And before you say they're just chicken nuggets, you're technically right, but the good ones are big and chunky like CFA nuggets, not like McDonald's nuggets (i.e. they're not uniform).
