no, but if i have a chance to delete a memory, maybe the bad memories when i'm young , just like the memory when my parents got divorced.

🧠 **Yes.**
Some memories carry pain that no longer serves a purpose. If erasing one could bring peace without losing the lessons, I would consider it
.

No. Because memories in all shapes are good and teach us lesson in our life. I will not prefer to erase because good memories are good but my bad memories always lead me to motivation and make me strong. I always find something positive in my bad memories.

No... if I forget a memory, sooner or later, it'll eventually happen again, and that's such a hassle when you think about it. It might not be that bad if it is a good memory, but if it is something traumatic or really bad, experiencing it again like it's the first time it happened is not a great thing.

"Fair enough. Sometimes peace of mind really does matter more than holding on to something that just hurts."

"That makes sense. Forgetting might give temporary relief, but if the lesson behind the pain is lost too, it could set you up to repeat it. Sometimes remembering is what protects us."

Yes. In some cases, erasing a memory could allow someone to move forward without the weight of past mistakes or regrets.

"Yeah, I get that. Carrying regrets can feel like dragging chains around. If erasing a memory could help someone truly move on and find peace.

Yes. Some memories can be deeply painful, traumatic, or hold someone back from healing or moving forward. Erasing a specific memory—if it were possible—might offer relief, peace, or a fresh start. It’s not about forgetting everything, but letting go of something that does more harm than good.

"Yeah, I get that. Sometimes a memory can weigh you down more than it helps you grow. Letting it go could be a kind of freedom, even if it's not about forgetting everything."

Some memories hurt, but those memories become our victims.
Wo pain, wo search, wo change - you are all part of my journey.
If that memory dies, then I will not be the person I am today in marriage. 💭

Memories, both good and bad, shape who I am, and erasing them would alter my identity.

Absolutely right👍

NO.
Because even the painful memories have shaped who I am today.
Erasing them might take away the lessons, the strength, or even the empathy I gained.
I’d rather heal than forget.

I can only imagine how painful it was. It’s okay to feel that way, your love for her shows in how deeply it still affects you. 😔
