Just me, talking to the piano.
The first time I heard this piece, I got a rush of nostalgic feelings about a time when I had far fewer responsibilities, and it felt like a wake up call to escape the constant rush of modern society. The piano has become the one place where time completely loses its grip on me. Playing this piece lets me just wander through my own mind and memories, entirely at peace, without the need to rush or achieve anything. My cover is flawed and human, but it’s my way of breathing in the middle of all the noise, and I hope I can translate my emotions through my way of playing. Thanks for listening.
