20 minutes of Milky Way
Blew my mind how much detail I could pull out compared to untracked exposures.. Really fun.
**Equipment:**
Canon 70D (unmodified) with Magic Lantern
Tokina 11-16mm DX f/2.8
MSM Nomad tracker
Lens dew heater
**Integration:**
Bortle 4
3200 ISO @ f/2.8
10x120s light frames and 1x120s dark frame (was lazy to do more calibration)
No light pollution filters
**Post-processing:**
Stacked in DeepSkyStacker.
Background extraction and denoising in GraXpert.
Stretching and star separation/recomposition in Siril and StarNet.
Final edits in Adobe Photoshop, overlayed the separated background on top of the stars with a hard light mode.
May have left a bit too much blue in but I actually kind of like that.
