Is Dubai tap water safe for cooking and drinking?
Hello,
I would like to enquire about the quality of water in Dubai, particularly the water from kitchen taps. Is it safe to use for cooking such as boiling vegetables, making soups, or other food preparation?
Additionally, is tap water suitable for drinking, or is it generally recommended to use bottled or filtered water for all forms of consumption? I have seen people buying & carrying water bottles everywhere.
Please share your experience. Someone in my building (JVC) told me it’s safe to drink directly from the taps here.
