Trying to find a solution to help with soft opening and assisted closing of Murphy Bed
So a while ago I bought a homemade pine cabinet that folds down into a Murphy Bed, it is really heavy to fold down and to put back up and my wife can't close it. What sort of spring hinge or spring would you recommend to have it open softly and have some assistance closing it?

The Murphy bed portion weigh probably 75# so I figure I can't just use regular spring door hinges. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
