Best Weather Apps for Rain?
I have 6 indoor dogs that go outside unsupervised and always getting wet when it rains and I'm tired of it.
I need a weather app that can accurately notify me on my desktop and android about 5-15 minutes before it rains so that I can bring them inside before it starts raining. would prefer something that is also free, easy to use, syncs to both desktop and android, is 100% accurate, and is UI friendly.
