In this activity you will learn how to answer a simple complaint by clustering the facts, issues, and answer/defense . Column A, the FACTS
1. PEDRO, dropped a parcel to Maria coming from Winny, when the parcel was opened, it contains stones and not the ring that she ordered.

Facts number 1- connect the second best answer from Column B then connect the next answer to column C .. then complete it in one paragraph . Same application /rules with facts number 2.
Fact 1, connect amd choose issue that best connects with the facts number 1, then choose one answer from column C- then come out with one whole paragraph by connecting each other- same with facts number 2.
