It's okay if a stranger is Self centered if it's not hurting anyone

I get that theirs people that are obnoxiously self centered and have "main character syndrome" but if it's not hurting anyone I don't get how it's going to affect you and I get that you can be annoyed by it, but if it doesn't affect you at least try not let it bother you
