I think the asbestos guys are half assing the safety on the removal
We have hard asbestos covering old pipes in the basement, they're taking it all out. Went down after accidentally blowing the kitchen breaker (they said it was fine to go down there) and it looks like there's just some half assed plastic thrown on the ground/loosely over the items we moved out of the way and it doesn't look like they sealed off the rooms they had been working in. This is an old basement, part of it is cement some parts dirt n limestone, but nothing looks correct. They came in and out a couple times to throw out bags, I didn't see any signs of the PPE indents if they had removed it before coming up. Guys come back tomorrow to remove the remaining amount from the main area of the basement (the side rooms they did last week) and they have to walk through my house repeatedly.
It's asbestos and 4,500 USD \*minimum\*, I don't know what I can do to ease my mind or what to do if these guys are half assing it cause they don't have boss man on this job.
