Spanish court rejects LaLiga request to fine NordVPN over blocking order
On May 19, 2026, a Commercial Court in Córdoba rejected LaLiga’s request to impose coercive fines on NordVPN over alleged non-compliance with interim blocking measures issued earlier this year.
According to NordVPN, the court accepted technical evidence presented by the company and ruled it could not conclude that NordVPN had deliberately and unjustifiably breached the order.
