you have full right to be strict with rule, my dear! In my last comment I mentioned one and after seeing this post I apology for the finding (rule break thing). We human, we make mistake and sometimes some rules can be missed but as a responsible host you've right of prize deduction but I appreciate your consideration and kindness to all equally!
