I Make People Uncomfortable
Hi, Im opening up because I wanted some advice from others who have gone through something similar. Im 20 and my whole life Ive struggled with really making many friends but these past three years Ive made both online and IRL friends! I thought things had been going pretty well but recently my online friend group has informed me that Ive been making certain people uncomfortable. They wont tell me exactly what behavior has been upsetting to others but I thought I had figured it out. I figured it was from oversharing or something related as its something I struggle with. I know now there must be more to it as they messaged me once again to say I made someone uncomfortable. Im not sure what Im doing wrong so Ive decided to just not speak as much and so far everything seems okay. I just hate that I made others feel that way and I want to fix my behavior, its just hard when Im not being told exactly what the issues are. Is there anyway I could identify them myself or are there any common issues that I may be dealing with?
