I met a woman who flew international business class on United from NY to Athens with a broken lie-flat seat. Totally non functional incline. Around 3.5K for round trip ticket. Flight attendant offered $150 voucher.
Question for experienced travelers but with no clout. What would you do to get some significant compensation if this happened to you or is it a lost cause?
